Here’s what some of our clients had to say:
Surprisingly I found the whole outplacement experience to be positive and enlightening. During our discussions June was empathetic and supportive providing very targeted information that I specifically needed. I enjoyed the learning aspect and having actions and accountabilities helped me focus on what I needed to do to get moving towards finding my next career role.
B Jarvis, National Accounts Manager
June Parker is a very astute career transition coach who goes the extra mile to provide great service to her clients. June supplies information on how to utilise modern electronic media, what to do and what not to do. How to find the hidden jobs and how to approach those difficult interviews.
S Mularczyk, Mechanical Engineer
June’s perceptive and intuitive career coaching skills have helped me transition from having a vague inkling (of what I wanted to do workwise) to becoming acutely aware of my values, strengths and self-beliefs. Using a combination of tailored career assessment tools and insightful questions, June helped me draw out insights that are critical to acknowledge when you are identifying and finding the ideal job. Life is too short not to know what is important to you.

Outplacement Programs For Employees
Traditional job-search methods like “clicking and sending resumes” via job search sites are becoming increasingly ineffective. To find a new role, people must be more proactive and skilled in the job search process including using social media, job boards, working with recruiters and networking to tap into the hidden job market.
Our outplacement programs are tailored to meet the specific needs of organisations and budgetary requirements. Our clients select programs ranging from a couple of face to face sessions through to 12-month executive programs.
All our programs include access to our interactive online job search system, Careering. This system contains everything necessary in order to be successful in a job search. The system is available to impacted employees 24 hours, seven days a week. This means when delivering national outplacement programs your employees have access to consistent practical, relevant and up-to-date information to support their one on one coaching.
The system is organised into 10 easy to follow modules comprising over 100 sections. The system includes videos, templates, scripts, examples, handouts, checklists, tools to manage job applications and action plans.
Careering assisted me in securing a new role in a new industry. I created a targeted cover letter and CV focusing on key successes of the role. Preparing for my interview I used the sample questions to prepare meaningful responses for behavioural questions.
B Quinn, Talent Management
I love Careering! It’s definitely my cup of tea! I really am enjoying spending time with it so far and have learned a lot. I’ve put version 2 of my resume together and just by doing this task I now see and understand where the eyes go and what to look for.
