Outplacement Programs For Employees
Our outplacement programs can be tailored to meet the needs of specific organisations and budgetary requirements. Our clients have selected programs ranging from a couple of face to face sessions through to 12 month executive programs.
Generally we provide three levels of outplacement:
- The Foundation Program
- The Career Transition Program
- The Career Transition Partner Program
All our programs include 6-12 months access to our interactive online job search system, Careering. This system contains everything necessary in order to be successful in a job search process. The system is available to impacted employees 24 hours, seven days a week. This means when delivering national outplacement programs your employees have access to consistent practical, relevant and up-to-date information to support their one on one coaching.
The system is organised into 10 easy to follow modules comprising over 100 sections. The system includes videos, templates, scripts, examples, handouts, checklists, tools to manage job applications and action plans.
Careering assisted me in securing a new role in a new industry. I created a targeted cover letter and CV focusing on key successes of the role. Preparing for my interview I used the sample questions to prepare meaningful responses for behavioural questions.
