Danny then moved to recruitment and has held Consulting and Management roles within some of the leading executive search firms in Australia, including a Senior Management position with a Multinational Recruitment Firm. His last role was Group General Manager of a specialist recruitment company. The industry recognises Danny as an expert in Supply Chain recruitment, culminating in his appointment to the Board of arguably Australia’s leading Supply Chain Association, the SCLAA. Lee commenced her professional career as a Public Relations Trainee at Hobsons Bay City Council before taking up a project administrator role with the Department of Primary Industries – Study of Climate Change in back in 2001. Lee then moved to Insuring recruitment companies with then ZIB Insurance Brokers which is now a part of Arthur G Gallagher where she was attracted by recruitment and has since held Consulting and Management roles within the boutique firms in Australia, and the UK including the start up of Reed Recruitment Insurance’s Australian Division with great success. Upon her return from the UK Lee changed markets and focused on the recruitment of Apprentices in construction and hasn’t looked back. Stepping up she has joined Selection Partners to service the Engineering and Construction markets with some of Australia s most progressive firms.
