What he brings to you
Jon has over a decade of workplace relations legal experience, initially as an employment lawyer and then as an in-house practitioner. Jon has worked at Allens Arthur Robinson as well Coles Group and Target. Jon has extensive experience in negotiating and implementing EBA’s, industrial relation strategies as well as advising on employment litigation.
Jon can help you with any of the following;
- conducting complex workplace investigations into a variety of matters including; bullying, sexual harassment, discrimination, victimisation, misconduct & policy breaches
- writing or reviewing contracts of employment
- help in managing workplace conflict and
- providing IR/ER training
