June started her management career early being responsible for running a three million dollar plus retail business at 23 years old, managing over 20 staff.  She then joined Compaq enjoying a career travelling throughout England and Scotland.  June then moved into recruitment and was integral in the growth of a recruitment business from 10 employees to over $140 million dollars in revenue and over 150 employees.

Thriving on challenge June established a successful Human Resource Consultancy offering services across all states of Australia and overseas, before co-founding Selection Partners.  June is also the President of EEON (Equal Employment Opportunity Network).

Throughout her career June has consulted to, coached, trained, recruited and worked with many people across diverse industries including Manufacturing, Retail, Accounting, Engineering, Aviation and many service organisations.

Extensive experience in executive search and a widespread network of industry professionals. Danny is a prolific blogger not only on recruitment but on supply chain trends and industry issues.

Business and Professional Highlights

Danny Busija commenced his professional career as an auditor and accountant. Danny then moved to recruitment and has held Consulting and Management roles within some of the leading executive search firms in Australia, including a Senior Management position with a Multinational Recruitment Firm. His last role was Group General Manager of a specialist recruitment company.

The industry recognises Danny as an expert in Supply Chain recruitment, culminating in his appointment to the Board of arguably Australia’s leading Supply Chain Association, the SCLAA. In this role Danny represents the industry on various skill councils and round tables.
