As co-founder of Selection Partners, June is passionate about enabling people to reach their full potential. June has extensive operational leadership experience coupled with HR consulting, executive coaching, transition coaching, outplacement and training expertise. Having held senior roles in large and smaller organisations, June users her experience to be commercial and results focused. She regularly coaches mid-level managers to Senior Executives and Partners, receiving consistently positive feedback. She has worked with clients across many industry sectors including engineering, legal & accounting, retail, manufacturing and energy. She is accredited in the use of psychometric tools such as Facet5, DISC and SPQ(gold).

June’s focus is on helping others achieve beyond what they thought they could. She helps people grow and develop in confidence & skill.


Chris Reardon

Chris Reardon PicBefore becoming an Executive and Leadership coach working with the likes of JB Were, Telstra Super, Palace Cinemas, Johnson and Johnson and now mid to small sized chartered accounting firms, Chris had a successful career as a Tax Partner within PWC. At PWC Chris was instrumental in introducing and running their Young Leadership Program which developed the careers of many now Partners. Working with Selection Partners, Chris delivers leadership development & coaching programs to the Profession. The focus of which, is on personal and professional development using self-directed learning techniques and rich experiential learning strategies.

Steve has extensive experience in Human Resources, Leadership and Management Development, Training, Sales, and Management. He has over 18 years experience working with Executive Managers, and implementing change initiatives that lead to improved performance outcomes predominately within the Pharmaceutical Industry. Steve has worked at the Senior Executive level creating and delivering Leadership programs along with providing one on one coaching. Lucy has a 20-year background in recruitment and human resources with extensive experience across the ICT, banking, healthcare and travel industries. Her knowledge spans the human resources continuum and includes talent optimisation, employee engagement and wellbeing, as well as cultural transformation and restructures. This history has proved invaluable in outplacement   coaching work.

With an in depth knowledge of the importance of alignment between individuals and organisations. Lucy is able to quickly tap into an individual’s aspirations and capabilities and relate this to organisational and job search requirements.

Rick Mason has held senior positions in Sydney and Adelaide and worked in Sales, Marketing and Client Services for international and medium size companies. He has worked extensively with people from all walks of life, in the capacity of business and management coach and career transition.

He has mentored all levels of staff including senior and executive clients through career transitions necessitated through corporate redundancy and also coaches to clients in a range of areas.

Julie specialises in career, transition and life coaching working with individuals and organisations. As a career Coach Julie works to build the confidence of her clients and to help them achieve career success, set life goals, gain clarity and understand what motivates them.

She is experienced with career transitions, resume writing, interview coaching and personality  profiling. She is also expert in LinkedIn and is a professional bio writer. Julie is CDAA qualified and is the current Queensland Vice President. In addition to outplacement and career coaching, Julie continues undertaking consultancy work in relation to HR Policy and Recruitment, which keeps her current. Her broader skills include human resource management consultancy/advice, performance management, recruitment and selection, policy writing, interviewing, career development, personality profiling (Majors PTI), project management and research.
