June has extensive operational leadership experience coupled with HR consulting, executive coaching, transition coaching, outplacement and training expertise. Having held senior roles in large and smaller organisations, June users her experience to be commercial and results focused. She regularly coaches mid-level managers to Senior Executives and Partners, receiving consistently positive feedback. Chris Reardon

At PWC Chris was instrumental in introducing and running their Young Leadership Program which developed the careers of many now Partners. Working with Selection Partners, Chris delivers leadership development & coaching programs to the Profession. The focus of which, is on personal and professional development using self-directed learning techniques and rich experiential learning strategies.

Steve has extensive experience in Human Resources, Leadership and Management Development, Training, Sales, and Management. Rick Mason has held senior positions in Sydney and Adelaide and worked in Sales, Marketing and Client Services for international and medium size companies. He has worked extensively with people from all walks of life, in the capacity of business and management coach and career transition.
